I did initially miss that you required me to confirm my appointment. Perhaps if it was in red type as in the second letter, it could save money for extra postage.

I was seen at my appointment 10-10. Everybody was very polite, and helpful nice light and clean waiting room. Could do with better signage outside. Otherwise, doesn't mess with something that works well. Top effort. 10/10.
